These terms govern use of Blitz Picks at playblitzpicks.com, a private NFL picks app for invite-only leagues. By creating an account or joining a league, you agree to them.

The service

Blitz Picks lets commissioners run private pick'em / against-the-spread leagues. Content, scoring rules, buy-ins, and payouts are set by each league's commissioner. We provide the software; we are not a sportsbook, and we do not offer real-money wagering.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. Leagues are invite-only. Commissioners may remove members. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other members.

SMS pick reminders

Text alerts are optional. After you add a phone number we may send an initial message. You are not subscribed until you reply YES to that message (or to a later invite). We then text you on the morning of an NFL game day (Pacific time) if you still have required picks due that day. Frequency varies with the NFL calendar. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of using the rest of the app.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service; do not harass other members; do not use the SMS channel for anything other than the opt-in, HELP, STOP, and reminder flow described here.

Disclaimer

Picks, lines, and scores are provided as-is from third-party data sources and may be late or wrong. League money (buy-ins, Venmo, payouts) is between members. We are not responsible for disputes, missed texts, or carrier filtering.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
