Blitz Picks ("we", "us") is a private, invite-only NFL picks app at playblitzpicks.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including optional SMS reminders.

Information we collect

• Account details from sign-in (name, email) via our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Profile details you choose to add: display name, phone number, Venmo, favorite teams, photo.
• League activity: memberships, picks, scores, and commissioner settings.
• SMS records needed to send reminders and honor YES / STOP / HELP keywords (phone number and opt-in status).

How we use it

We use this information to run your league: show standings, lock and grade picks, let members contact each other, and (only if you opt in) send a morning text on NFL game days when you still have required picks due.

Text messages

If you save a phone number, we may send one opt-in text. You are not subscribed until you reply YES. After that we may text you on the morning of an NFL game day (Pacific time) if you still have required picks due that day. Frequency varies with the NFL schedule (typically a few messages per week during the season). Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply YES to opt in.
• Reply STOP to opt out. You can also turn texts off in Settings.
• Reply HELP for help.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We send SMS through Twilio. Twilio processes your number only to deliver messages and handle carrier-required keywords.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers that host the app (Vercel), the database (Neon), authentication (Clerk), email (Resend), and SMS (Twilio), and with other members of leagues you join (for example your display name and phone if you added one). We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep account and league records while your account exists. You can remove your phone number or opt out of SMS at any time. Ask your commissioner or support contact if you want your account deleted.
